No. The owner course starts from the beginning and explains things in plain English. If you can use a spreadsheet and an email inbox, you can follow along.
Mainly general AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, alongside the bookkeeping software you already use or pick during the course, such as QuickBooks Online or Xero. We focus on methods that work across tools, and we'll tell you where a free plan is enough.

AI is very good at the repetitive parts, like sorting transactions and spotting things that look wrong. It still makes mistakes, so the course teaches you how to check its work, and a pro review is there when you want a second set of eyes.
No. We teach bookkeeping, which means keeping accurate records. For tax filing and tax planning, work with a CPA or tax professional. Clean books make that much easier and usually cheaper.
